Azita Ghanizada Azita Ghanizada Afghan American actor in the United States has appeared in several television series. She was born in Kabul, Afghanistan. Her parents moved to the US and were given asylum. She was born in Northern Virginia and is the middle child from two siblings. Ghanizada started her career in television by appearing in several National Commercials. Ghanizada was portrayed by Chiara in Laura Neri's film A Kiss on the Nose (2003). In recognition of the performance, she received a nomination in the festival's Cannes Film Festival, for Best Actress.
